To request records under the Colorado Open Records Act or “CORA” (Colorado Open Records Act, C.R.S. 24-72-2 et. seq.), please complete and return this form. Most records requests will be fulfilled within three business days; if extenuating circumstances prevent a three-day turnaround, staff will provide a timing estimate. A charge of $.25 per page will apply when paper copies are requested. A $41.37/hr research and retrieval fee will charged for each request; the first hour is free.
