Lionel is driven by an uncanny sense of adventure and desire to grow professionally, starting in the
Marine Corps. He lived in San Diego on an aircraft carrier and visited Australia, Africa, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, the Philippines, South America and other West-Pac countries.

In healthcare Finance/Admin, he has worked at hospitals in Arizona, California, New Mexico, Colorado, Illinois and Idaho. He has worked at hospitals as large as an 800 bed PPS hospital in Phoenix, to a small 18 bed CAH in Meeker--including five Colorado hospitals. Lionel experienced a plethora of roles and scenarios, most of all having the
honor to help hospitals deliver the best patient care to their communities. The added bonus is working
with so many impressive and delightful healthcare professionals from around the country.

Lionel has a beautiful wife Terri who is an architect, a son Casey that works in the Littleton, Colo.-based
Lockheed Martin Space program and a daughter Lexi who, after working in wildlife biology, now works in
Aurora, Colo. at the Anschutz Medical Campus as a nuclear medical tech.
