Home Health Nurse
Eagle County Paramedic Services is seeking a dedicated and skilled Home Health Nurse to join our Community Health Team. This critical role on our Community Health Team requires a passion to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of patients' home here in Eagle County.

Position Overview:
The ideal Home Health Nurse will have substantial and specialized experience performing assessments, treatments, and collaborative case management of home health services and is experienced in nursing, with an emphasis on community health education/experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Required - Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Preferred - Master's degree in Nursing
- Valid State of Colorado motor vehicle operating license
- Current licensure to practice nursing in Colorado (RN or LPN)
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- Minimum two years of experience, at least one of which is in the area of public health or home care nursing is preferred.
- Ability to effectively communicate in written and verbal form with caregivers of other disciplines, community agencies, physicians, and patients/families.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical terminology and home health care practices.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage emergency situations.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly rate: $41-$55 (based on experience and qualifications)
