Jim Bradford found himself in leadership roles since earning a BS in Outdoor Education. Bradford has worked for Eagle County Health Services District (Eagle County Paramedic Services) since 2002 and is currently the COO for this high performance EMS service. Bradford is in the SDA Leadership Academy and has completed the Ambulance Service Managers program.

Prior to working in EMS, Bradford managed teams of employees in retail and therapeutic outdoor programs for adolescents.
